In this learning workshop, the participants will generate and understand the difficulties that instructors face in the classroom. Research ranks classroom management as the most important variable to building and sustaining academic success.
This training will offer powerful classroom strategies. to increase student achievement, is research based, practical, and easy to implement. Participants will learn techniques to allow them to always be clear, concise, and consistent with students while empowering students.
Learning is often defined as the act, process, or experience of gaining knowledge or skill. Psychologists similarly define learning as a change in behavior due to experience. Either way, learning allows a student to modify his or her behavior to suit a situation and to be more successful – academically and behaviorally. In this workshop, teaching expectations and procedures will help all students learn all the skills they will need to be successful.
